Heaven's Delight got a nice little buff I'd like to try. I used it before and it was good. Now it's just great.

Apparently, that's done through the keyboard and not with shortcuts. So I don't think this changes anything about that.

Hero controls, makes it REALLY easy to do hero ranger spike, perfect 99% of the time too. Plx ban heroes from HA/GvG now

Well, from what I know, those character can only be used in certain outposts, so perhaps it will. You never know.

It's a 10 recharge amateur return, better than before though

So Now its a 15 recharge Heal, where I do not need to be he hit for it to work?

The loss of HEV as pretty much the only good PvE mes elite will hurt a bit, but other that that meh... a couple of good changes, lots of random ones and no real change to gameplay.

Ursan has to many flaws in it and have to consider this Ursan Blessing is a PvE/Elite Skill so that why it so powerful it replaces you Elite and it takes up 1 PvE skill Slot wouldn't surpised me they didnt touch from those two factors. Interesting now that Heros can Spike make ppl in PvE form Spike Builds which is slow. Now that all Districts in GW are now gone, so we can go to Korean or Japanease Dists to have fun playing with them.

Ursan = hate from all those elitists that farmed DoA prior to EoTN and made bank. I understand them wanting the nerf, it can make a bad player decent, takes the skill out of elite missions and hurts their income. But Anet wants more than a select few people enjoying the game (well sorta, don't think Polar Bear mini.)
